The Athletic Republic Program is ideal for helping golfers of all ages and levels improve their game. The key to a consistent swing plane relates directly to balance, exibility and coordination. Golfers participating in the program have seen an average increase of 10-15 yards in distance.

The Athletic Republic Clifton Park Golf Program includes:
- Resistance Cord – Training with our patented PowerCord and hitting harness isolates specific muscles for sport specific movements like proper hip rotation during club swing.
- Flexibility – The key to playing better…longer. All sessions include exercises to increase flexibility for optimum performance. Balance specific exercises will help improve your balance allowing for a more uid and powerful swing.
- Strength Training (optional) – Through the use of specially designed weight equipment and an individualized program, golfers can develop and increase their strength base.
