The Healthy Hart Functional Strength Training is sport-specific and designed to take athletes to the next level.  Upper body, core and lower body functional strength will be developed.  The workouts are uniquely designed by fitness professional, Steve Hart (founder of Healthy Hart Fitness), to help maximize each individual athletes potential.
