Shen Staff Wellness
The Shenendehowa Staff Wellness Program is a Shenendehowa Community Education sponsored program to increase the health and wellness of all Staff Members. Each one-hour session is held on campus to make it easy for staff to attend right after work.
The workouts are circuit training style with a different workout every week. Exercises are designed for every level of fitness. Attendees are asked to bring a set of light dumbells and a workout matt if you have them.

FAQ’s
Q: Some boot camps are intimidating. Do I have to be a super athlete to join this program?
A: Absolutely not. Our program is different every week with several workout stations. Each station will be designed to be a good workout for different levels of fitness. As an example, a station might be lunges. Different levels will be lunges with body weight, lunges with 5-10 pound weights, lunges with heavy kettle bells.
Q: Can I bring my registration paperwork on Monday?
A: Yes, you can bring the registration paperwork with you on the first day.
Q: What should I wear and what should I bring with me?
A: Wear sneakers and workout clothes. If we do anything outside, it will only be on days with good weather. Bring a pair of light dumbells and a workout mat.
Q: Can I register for just one day?
A: Yes, you can register for one day per week. The cost is $80 for the 8 weeks.
Q: Do I need to bring the registration form?
A: Yes, for liability and insurance reasons, participants must fill out the registration form even if you are doing a drop-in.
Q: Can I bring my children to the workout?
A: The only participants are Shen Staff Members. On Saturdays, you can bring your spouse to the Athletic Republic workout.
Q: Can I register just for the Saturday workouts?
A: Yes, the cost for just Saturday workouts is $80 for 8 weeks. In order to get the $50 Saturday and $50 Spouse Saturday rate, you must be registered for the 8 week program.
Q: Can I drop in?
A: Yes, the drop in price is $15 per session.
Q: Can I pay with two checks?
A: Unfortunately not. The bank told me this is not a possibility for correct accounting practices.
