John Fuschino, NSCA-CPT
John is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and is alsoCPRCertified. John played high school football, baseball and basketball at Shenendehowa High School- graduating in 2004. He played 3 years Varsity High School Football earning Second Team All-State Defense( Linebacker) honors in 2003, and then went off to college to be a JUCO Defensive All-American @ Hudson Valley Community College 2005. John has been a Trainer at Athletic Republic for the past 2 years and specializes in training baseball, basketball, and football players. He is currently attending Berkshire Community College, majoring in Physical Therapy.
Lauren Tourtellott, BS Exercise Science
Lauren has been a part-time member of Athletic Republic, Clifton Park since the summer of 2010. During the school year at Sacred Heart, Lauren works part time with Blue Streak, a member of The Athletic Republic Network. She is working on her Athletic Republic certification along with ACL injury prevention screening.

Margaret Rider, MS, CSCS
Marge is a 2005 Graduate of SUNY Cortland where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Athletic Training. While studying at Cortland Margaret also played four years of Varsity Ice Hockey. After graduating from Cortland, Margaret worked as a Personal Trainer aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune where she also gave lectures and taught classes about health and fitness. In 2008, Margaret earned a Master’s of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. She currently holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Margaret has been employed at Athletic Republic since May of 2009. Here she has trained athletes of all ages and has worked with Professional level hockey players and many Division I athletes. Margaret is also currently certified by the American Red Cross in both CPR and First Aid.
